Southern Environmental provides maintenance and service on water recycle equipment, including but not limited to Mi-T-M, Oil Trap, RGF, and Landa equipment. We do a complete start-up and training when we sell and install your new recycle equipment. Also, pressure washers and generators can be serviced on site or at our in-house repair shop. Once a customer purchases equipment from us we drop-ship it directly to a predetermined location they provide and begin the installation process. Our team coordinates with licensed plumbers and electricians while providing concept drawings and blueprints to show exactly where corresponding hook-ups are required. Southern Environmental handles all logistics relating to equipment installation, resulting in seamless prep, delivery, and set-up.
We offer monthly, bi-monthly and quarterly service plans. We’re so confident in the quality of service we provide we never make customers sign a service contract. This practice ensures we’re earning each customers business, every day! Southern Environmental technicians’ service the brands we carry, as well as ones we don’t. Once the inspection and maintenance have been performed, our service technician provides the customer with a maintenance checklist. Providing this documentation confirms each piece of equipment is in proper working condition and helps the customer understand the procedures that take place. Preventative maintenance plans allow customers to stay up and running and avoid costly, unnecessary, operational shut-downs.
We understand the urgency with which we must repair a customers’ equipment, which is why we have full-service trucks for quick onsite repair. We do everything possible to handle repairs within 24 – 48 hours, minimizing the downtime for customers. Our fully-equipped shop also allows us to make repairs to any equipment brought through our doors.
Once installation is complete, and the equipment is calibrated correctly, we provide initial training to both groups and individuals. This training is for anyone who needs to understand the proper operation of the newly installed equipment. Participants are generally equipment operators and service managers but can include any employee a client wishes. If a client requires additional training beyond the initial training, we’ll work with them to set up a time and date that fits with their schedule. Our training is simple and easy to understand which allows us to take up less of a customers’ time.
